Alchemy is all about sharing tasty, exciting, beautiful, experimental and, most importantly, healthy food and drink ideas and recipes. That’s a tall order, and you might be thinking where do you possibly start.

We experiment with recipes that combine some of the most nutrient dense foods with other flavourful ingredients. Our favourite nutrient dense foods are called Elements and they are usually at the core of our recipes.

The Elements are: Apple Cider Vinegar, Beetroot, Matcha, Turmeric, Spirulina, Cacao, Ginger.

Each Element has unique health properties that we can all benefit from, but we’re under no illusion that they have the most appealing flavours. Have you ever tried a shot of pure apple cider vinegar?

We combine the Elements with ingredients that compliment, and where needed, mask some of the strong flavours, producing delicious foods with health benefits. You’ll never wince at the taste of vinegar again!

We began exploring new and exciting ways to incorporate the Elements in 2018, and the journey of discovery and experimentation continues.
